Physical Products
The Times of India Store (“Seller”) does not permit returns or exchanges except where the purchased physical product is received by the purchaser (“Customer”) in a damaged or defective condition. To qualify for such an exception, the Customer must, within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date, submit a written request to grievance.toi@timesinternet.in specifying the order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photographic evidence thereof. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the Seller will, in its sole discretion, either (a) dispatch a replacement product or (b) issue a refund to the original method of payment, both actions to be completed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date the return is accepted. -
Digital Products
All sales of digital products—including, without limitation, subscriptions, plans, downloads, and other online services—are final and non-refundable once access credentials or content links have been transmitted to the Customer, except where technical issues attributable to the Seller prevent access or use and the Seller is unable to rectify such issues within a reasonable period.
By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the foregoing terms.
